2012 Magic
Club & Class Schedules
Choose the class that best fits your
child's age, needs, and skills.
Ages 5-8 -Beginner- Friday, January 20th– 5:30pm – 6:00pm
This class will introduce
students to the basics of magic and illusion,
and start forming the building blocks of
misdirection and showmanship needed for
performing magic. This will be a fun filled
class with lots of fun activities. Students must
be able to pay attention and follow directions
for 30 minutes.
Ages 8 & Up -Beginner– Friday, January 20th – 6:00pm – 7:00pm
This class will teach the
basics of magic and illusion and all areas of
performing from close up, street magic, parlor,
and stage. Higher levels of difficulty with
moves and sleights will be attempted as students
begin to master their techniques. "Practice is a
must" so this class is also a self motivation
and discipline builder! Hobbyists, as well as
advanced individuals who want to improve their
technique and review the basics, etc. are all
welcome.
Ages 8 & Up –Advanced- Friday, January 20th – 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Students will work on
mastering basics and essentials as well as
routining, patter, timing, showmanship,
technique, presentation skills, and much more.
Emphasis will be placed on adding own styles
and personalities to tricks, proper techniques,
and more.
