If we receive your reservation request via email, we will contact you to confirm the order within 3 business days. A $50 deposit is required for most entertainers and packages and a $75-50% deposit for most inflatable rentals and larger packages via credit card, check, Square, or PayPal to hold a reservation. The customer can pay the remaining balance on the day of the event using Cash, Check, Square, PayPal, or Credit Card.

How many kids can use the bounce house at the same time?

Each of our bounce houses and slides are commercial units are inspected annually by the Department of Labor in North Carolina and are designed to hold up to 700 pounds each. For safety purposes though, we recommend for most bounce houses contain no more than 7 small children (ages 3-5), 5 children (ages 6-9), and 3 children (ages 10-12) at the same time and only ONE person at the top of a slide at a time.

Is there a delivery charge for inflatable rentals?

Due to the increased cost of gasoline, Fun Filled Entertainment has added a Fuel surcharge. Most local rentals do not require additional charges, however, as a general rule of thumb, there is a $1.25 charge per mile (one-way) from the Fun Filled Entertainment Warehouse (Mint Hill, NC) to the event location.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a Reservation Fee: Sorry, but because of our busy schedule: A $50 deposit is required for most entertainers and packages and a $75 to 50% deposit for most inflatable rentals and larger packages via credit card, check, Square, or PayPal to hold a reservation. The customers may pay the remaining balance on the day of the event using Cash, Check, Square, PayPal, or Credit Card. ON/AT the event/date or prior to the event date. This deposit is not refundable (But it does reserve your event, performer, inflatable, etc. for you/your event/time(s)), however it is transferable for up to 6-months from the date of the originally scheduled event (Rain dates, etc).

For entertainment services, FULL advance payment is welcome, but not required, however full payment/all balances are due at the time and date of the performance .

What if it rains?

Inflatable Rentals can be cancelled or re-scheduled due to rain or the high probability (65% or greater) of rain PRIOR to setup, by Fun Filled Entertainment OR the cucstomer. Any deposits to hold a reservation can be applied to a future rental within 6-months of the originally scheduled event date or in the case where the event gets cancelled, a Full Refund will be given for reservations affected. If there is a high probability of rain the day of the event, Fun Filled Entertainment reserves the right to re-schedule the rental to a mutually agreeable date within 6-months of the originally scheduled event date.

If already set up and it begins to rain with consistency or force, the event host should have riders calmly exit the inflatable, turn off the blower, and move the blower to a dry location and cover the bouncer with the tarp. When the rain stops, while jumpers are still exited, blow the unit back up, and normally, about 5-10 minutes of sunshine will dry the unit back out.

Please note: If there is a high probability of rain and the customer elects to take possession of the bouncer anyway and the unit gets soaked, a $75.00 cleaning fee will be charged to the customer for muddy units.

For entertainers, please be sure to have an indoor backup location in place or call in advance with questions.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event a customer cancels a reservation, the deposit to hold a reservation will be surrendered, however the deposit is transferable to another event scheduled within the next 6-months from the date of the original reservation in advance notice and a mutually agreeable date/time/location is provided.

What if it is too windy?

If there are sustained winds of 15 mph or greater the day of the event, Fun Filled Entertainment reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Extremely windy events can cause problems and aren't safe for anyone.

What if it's too cold?

The temperature needs to be at least 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Do you rent generators?

No. Not at this time. All inflatable rentals will require access to a power supply. Lowe's or Home Depot's etc. typically have generator rentals available at a fair cost. (You'll want at least 1,500-2,000 watts and ONE SEPARATE CIRCUIT PER inflatable unit)

How much and what type of space is required?

Depends on the inflatable unit. We recommend at least three feet of empty space in all directions around the unit. Flat ground with no sharp objects is required for all inflatables. Grass (preferred), Pavement, and Gymnasium floors are all acceptable surfaces, but Sand Bags for anchoring may be needed (at an additional cost). No gravel. If the unit will be on grass, we will properly anchor the unit with large stakes. For gymnasiums and pavement, etc. we will need to bring 100 pound sand bags for EACH anchor point. (Typically 4 to 12) Please be sure to inform us in advance of desired setup area(s), for anchoring purposes.

Can I have inflatables at a park?

Typically yes. However, you should check with Parks & Recreation as most counties require a permit which will take a few extra days to obtain. (Parks normally charge around $10 or so) We can provide proof of insurance if needed or add the park as "Additionally Insured" to our policy if required. (Typically takes an additional 3-4 days. Note: Since we required our staff present for "additionally insured" units a small fee may apply)

How far in advance do I need to make reservations?

The further in advance the better. Typically 4-6 weeks is enough time to get the inflatable unit or entertainment package you want unless it is a popular weekend or any time near a holiday! I.e. Several entire weekends and many events around Halloween book/reserve several years in advance because they KNOW how busy we get!!

The last few months of school is a busy time too! School typically book/reserve their events 6-12 months in advance. Summer rentals and parties vary, some weeks are SUPER POPULAR, some aren't.

Parents, for birthday parties, Saturdays between 2pm-4pm book the fastest and furthest in advance normally. This is the HOTTEST time for birthday parties! Keep that in mind when planning and call early.

Some weekends ALL of our units/entertainment services are reserved in advance.

The best plan is to call as early as possible.

Can I pick the unit and set it up myself?

For safety purposes, we deliver, set up, and anchor the bounce houses and slide units ourselves. Safety is our 1st priority. Our qualified staff and technician(s) will install the unit. At that time, all the safety instructions will be gone over with the individual renting the unit and the unit will be checked for proper operation. We want safe and fun events!

    Magician, Magic, and Magic Shows - The sky's the limit here!! We have done magic shows for 1 year olds and for 100 year old too! The shows we can do are all different!     Balloon Animals, Balloonist, "Balloon Guy", Balloon Twisting - It's always fun!! Kids LOVE Balloons! High-Schoolers LOVE balloons!! "Middle School" kids... well, middle school kids don't like much of anything! LOL But even adults like balloons too! So, there's not a lot of places you could go wrong here. Besides, Jason Frame, our balloonist has "unofficially" broken several world records in the past, so not only has he probably created more balloon animals than anyone else anywhere, he's one of the fastest anywhere too!!     Music / DJ / MC / VJ / KJ - Who doesn't like music?!? Still, somewhat of a NEW service (We've only been DJing for about 2 years) we ROCK the party!! With a selection of hundreds of thousands of songs, we'll have what your looking for!!
    Popular DJ past parties include elementary schools, ROTC programs, day cares, non-profits, preschools, Large Events, birthday parties, new years parties, holiday events, and more!!   • It says the price is a ...4 Hour rental "add-on", what does that mean?
    We originally started as an entertainment company and so far almost every moon bounce rental has been added in addition to one of our entertainment shows (magic, balloons, face painting, etc.) So the prices shown sometimes reflect the cost when adding a rental to a booked show.   • Are the units cleaned after every rental?

    Yes. After each use, our bounce houses are thoroughly vacuumed (even between the seams) to get dirt and debris out of the units. After the unit is vacuumed, it is wiped down with disinfecting cleaner. We pride ourselves on delivering a clean unit to your event.

    Does there have to be an adult supervisor present at all times?

    Yes. An Adult supervisor MUST be present when anyone is in the unit to ensure its safe operation. The supervisor is there to help individuals get in and out of the unit safely and to make sure they follow the rules. Most events choose to supervise themselves, but if you need us to provide a supervisor, we are happy to assist. There may be additional fee(s).

    Do I have to keep the blower on at all times?

    YES! There is really no need to turn off the blower when the unit is set up for enjoyment. The unit uses less energy than a hair dryer. However, if you need to turn off the unit for any reason, it is perfectly safe. Just make sure everyone has exited the unit and that the unit collapses onto itself and not onto any sharp objects or obstructions.

    Can a bounce house be set up indoors?

    Yes, we do set up bounce houses indoors, assuming that the space is large enough to accommodate the unit. (Some of them are quite tall!!) Spaces that are typically large enough are gyms, stages, shopping malls and convention halls, just to name a few.

  • Will the bounce house harm my lawn?
  • No, the unit will not harm your lawn. We place a tarp down under the bounce house to make sure the movement will minimize any damage. We place stakes in the yard to help anchor the unit, but this does not do permanent damage.




    Who sets up the bounce house?

    A reported 80% of all accidents happen from not properly anchored or setup bounce house units. SO WE DELIVER AND SET UP ALL OUR UNITS.Our qualified technicians and staff have been properly trained to set up the bounce houses so that they can be enjoyed in a safe manor. Our technician inspects the area before set up and has been instructed on how to prevent tripping and other hazards. We are also inspected by North Carolina Dept of Elevator and Amusements and comply with all rules and regulation each and every year. (Note: Many bounce house companies run "illegally". Beware. Also, South Carolina does NOT require bounce house inspections or regulations. If you don't end up hiring us, be careful and do your homework always. Be safe!
